Squats
2 sets x 6 reps @ 60kg
1 x 8 @ 60kg
6 x 8 @ 70kg

Box Squats
4 x 10 @ 40kg

Jump Squats
2 x 50 @ 80kg

Rear Leg Elevated Split Squat
4 x 8L/8R with 16kg kettlebell
