Squat
1 set x 5 reps @ 70kg
2 x 3 @ 75kg
7 x 2 @ 95kg

Box Squat
5 x 5 @ 50kg

Jump Squat
1 x 70 @ 90kg
1 x 75 @ 90kg
2 x 100 @ 90kg

SLDL (Single Leg Deadlift)
1 x 8/8 @ 8kg
2 x 8/8 @ 12kg
1 x 8/8 @ 16kg
