5/29 Kettlebell Training
Workout #2
2 x 6 MIN OALC @ 16kg (10rpm)
Did this workout after doing legs this morning. Both sets were good.
6 MIN Cleans @ 20kg (8rpm)
Decided to try 10rpm instead of 8rpm. Did ok.
