3/4 Kettlebell Training

Workout #3
4 Min OAJ @ 20kg (7-8rpm)
8 Min OALC @ 16kg (11rpm)
8 Min OALC @ 12kg (13rpm)

This workout went ok. I made all the reps in all the sets if I remember correctly.
